Cop under investigation after tasing skateboarder
A police officer has come under internal affairs investigation after video surfaced showing him tasing a skateboarder.
The man in the video can be seen walking away from the officer just before being tased.
It is unclear why the cop was harassing the skateboarder, who had been sitting nearby before confrontation by the cop.
