PHILADELPHIA, PA – A judge on Monday ordered Adam Kokesh, who was arrested Saturday in Philadelphia, to be held without bail on charges of felony assault on a police officer.
As ridiculous as that sounds (video here proving Kokesh was the one assaulted), it’s true.
Kokesh will next see a judge on Thursday.
Richard DeCoatsworth, 27, is accused of forcing two women to perform sex acts at gun point and making them consume drugs. The officer had been recognized for his heroism after being shot in the face and continuing the pursuit of the suspect. That earned him a seat at the President’s first congressional address, next to Michelle Obama and Jill Biden.

That’s right, Kokesh was arrested for resisting arrest.
According to a user calling himself ‘Brother Lucas’ with access to Kokesh’s Facebook account, Kokesh has been jailed in a federal prison and awaits a hearing in front of a judge on Monday.
You can’t make this stuff up.
